LaSalle Investment Management partnered with Knight Frank Australia have planned and delivered a 5 Star Energy and 5 Star Water NABERS rated asset, ahead of schedule.

This significant commitment includes extensive environmental performance upgrades to improve the Energy, Waste, Water and Indoor Environmental performance of the building.

LaSalle is also a member of GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) which assesses the environmental, social and governance performance of real assets around the world.
